Gaming industry, up or down?

I don’t get it, few months ago, there are several news about how good the videogames sales are this year, how it beats recessions, how almost all household has one console, how Wii sold 2 million units, etc. Sounds good. Then this week, videogames companies come out and say they are not making profit and their shares fall. First, Midway will cancel game and is in trouble. Today, it is Take Two, publisher of Grand Theft Auto, also reporting losses. What the whack? Isn’t GTA IV sold million of units? Argghh, can’t understand economy. Just keep producing good game ok?
